Properties of Bulgarian Fennel Essential Oil:

• Antiseptic and spasmolytic
• Soothing during menstrual cycles
• Stimulates brain
• Kills helminth
• Soothes coughs
• Fights indigestion
• Increases lactose production in nursing mothers’
• Anti-aging and anti-cellulite

Recipes:

• Internal use – adults – 4 drops a day in a glass of liquid
• Inhalations – 3 drops in 2l of water for 10 min – with colds, cough, bronchitis and quinsy
• With cellulitis, premenstrual syndrome, arthrosis, ageing skin, facial wrinkles, decreased muscle tone, for breast enhancement and tightening – 50 ml of almond oil with 50 drops of Fennel Essential Oil
• Inflammation of gums, fights bad breath, recommended as mouth rinse – 100 ml of water, 1 spoonful of brandy and 5 drops fennel seed oil. Teeth and moth prophylaxis – 1 drop of fennel seed oil on the toothpaste evenings.
