Essential oil from juniper comes from the fruit and wood of the Juniperus communis plant.

The Juniper Berry Essential Oil contains pinene, sabinine, borneol, camphene, terpineol, cymene, myrcene, limonene and many other compounds used in all kinds of products – from medical products to foods, beverages and detergents.

Recipes:

• Massages – 5-8 drops in 15 ml of carrier oil
• To enrich ready-made cosmetic products (creams, masks, shampoo, balsams) add5 drops of oil in 10 ml of product.
• Hot and cold inhalations – 2-3 drops for a 4-7 minute procedure
• Compresses – 5-8 drops
• External use – 5 drops in 10 ml of carrier oil
• Internal use – only after consultation with your doctor. 1 drop in 100 ml of water, but mix in honey and 1 teaspoonful of coffee first
